Learn To ERGThe first few weeks of the program are focused on giving you the technique and strength to move on an erg. We focus on fun and fitness.

Learn to RowWeek 3-7 we are on the water learning to row in singles and crew boats. With the support of great coaches and experienced rowing mentors, you will be rowing successfully in no time.

Novice RaceNow that you can row, we are ready for a fun and exciting Novice race at the Regina Sprints 1km Regatta. If you can't make the Regatta, no problem, we can find another novice race for you to attend later in the summer.
