SENIOR / MASTER COMPETITIVE

Our Competitive Senior (21+) and Master (27 and up) rowers train together throughout the year. During the on-water months from April to November there are 7 weekly coached training opportunities.

Morning

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6am
Our early morning rows are a great way to start the day. Be at the boathouse by 5:50am for crew setting by the coach and then enjoy a 60 minute training session.
These sessions tend to be lower intensity with a strong focus on technique and smaller boats.

Evening

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 5:45pm
Our evening rows are performance focused  designed to prepare athletes and crews for racing. The sessions will be structured, and built specifically for competitive athletes.

Saturday Race Day

Every Saturday morning at 8am, we meet for our club race day. Coach will set the crews and the races for the morning which might range from 3 X 1000m, 2km or 6km.

Race day is also our social club coffee day. Join us at the boathouse for coffee after the workout!
