The goal of the High Performance group is to have a group of athletes aged 16-22 (approx.) with short-term National Team and University rowing goals. Athletes in this group are expected to train all year and build work and vacations around training schedules. Athletes who choose to train in the HP group would be expected to attend all scheduled practices with the exception of unforeseen circumstances.
Athletes in the HP group are expected to have hit or are on track to hit the Sask Rowing Provincial High Performance standards.
This group trains yearly with sessions every evening from 4-5:45pm and Saturday from 10-11:30am as well as additional morning rows/cross training throughout the year.
