The Junior Competitive Group is designed for athletes who would like to train and compete in rowing and are ages 14-18. This program trains all year. Athletes must join winter training or have previous rowing experience (Learn to Row, Development Program, etc.) to join.
Athletes who choose to train in the competitive group would be expected to attend a majority of practice sessions and plan vacations during the off-season. They are still encouraged to play additional sports throughout the winter and can work with their coach to attend practices when possible.
Athletes aspiring to compete on the national level are encouraged to participate in this program!

Practice schedule may vary:
November-April: Tuesday and Thursday 4-5:45pm and Saturday 10-11:45am
May- June: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4-5:45pm and Saturday 8-10am
July-August: Monday Wednesday Friday 9am, and Saturday 8-10am
September-October: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4-5:45pm and Saturday 8-10am (potential for additional morning sessions)
November-April: Tuesday and Thursday 4-5:45pm and Saturday 10-11:45am
May- June: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4-5:45pm and Saturday 8-10am
