RECREATIONAL ROWING

We have a diverse group of adult rowers who enjoy meeting friends each week for a non-competitive row. This group is always supportive of new rowers and are happy to welcome all level of rowers to the sport. Any adult who isn't interested in the high intensity training is welcome to join this group. These rowers can meet Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 6-7:30am, and Saturdays at 8am.

To join this group, you must have completed a Learn to Row or have previous rowing experience.

Weekday Mornings

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6am
Our early morning rows are a great way to start the day. Be at the boathouse by 5:45am for crew setting by the coach and then enjoy a 60 minute training session.

Saturday Mornings

Every Saturday morning at 8am, our club meets for a fun morning on the water. We will do a tour down through the bridges and get some great exercise and fresh air as we row back upstream to the docks.

After our workout, we always meet for coffee either at the boathouse or at our favourite local hangouts
Please contact Mayah at [email protected] for more information on how to register for this great group!
